2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
SAHP is a crucial Organization in Grand RP because it helps keep the city safe!
1 : I will make SAHP very active by providing huge bonuses and be friendly to our officers to increase the quality of work and ethic in the org and I will be active too to help them if they need any thing.
2: SAHP is almost everyone's first organization to join because of the Leo experience they need to join other organizations like fib so I would personally take interviews and hire people so they can get training and my human resources will all be very experienced so newbies can get quality training so they don't have a problem in joining other orgs.
3: Personally my aim is to make SAHP better not by numbers but by skilled and professional people that are active and they enjoy the work of SAHP rather than just salary farming and I aim to create a friendly environment for everyone. And also I've learned from my mistakes as an COS or DHOD or HOD and I have fixed them so I won't do them again as a leader
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Personally my dream was to achieve this and be a leader of this organization one day because when I was in SAHP I saw my superiors arresting and they weren't doing it properly they just got a strike and nothing else but when I will be leader I would personally check my ( HRs) if they are training the officers correctly or not and I would make sure that there is so much use of RP commands to follow the rules and I would maintain my relationship with other orgs too and If I get this term I surely will try to attend all the events my self and give bonuses to my officers to attend them also because of that we will be active and also. Spec ops : It's a very important topic because when I was in SAHP most of the time our org didn't help other orgs in doing that so I will make sure I help them in that
