mean you can any where give demand to leave like near bank , near atm and some other plase and road
this is not count in ub demand
as you see in pov they are kill a guys and they are give me demand on the road

But the road is gov place how any one give any type of demand on road . And also there is no event is going on

Proper demands were given
When you arrived there was some situation going on already and if there was some RP situation going on they can give demands there
Even evidence is insufficient as what was going on there is not clear​
