2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


• Having recently arrived from EN-2 to specifically acquire a leadership, I had very well experience there. I was at rank 28 for 4 times rank 27 for 4 times rank 25 for 3 times and rank 24 for 1 times. I can use this experience to support my units in trying circumstances.

• I concentrated on increasing my effectiveness and gaining the experience necessary for leadership throughout my time with the LSPD. While working under many leaders, I observed a variety of viewpoints and methods for running the company, ranging from extremely strict to polite, which let me realize how I could effectively lead the team with the correct attitude. In addition to being an organization that attends events, the LSPD monitors the city and lowers crime rates.

• Legal organizations always sparked my curiosity in role-playing games. As my experience has grown, I have held significant positions in organizations like LSPD and SAHP. My enthusiasm for legal work has increased as a result of this. I now wish to assume a more significant role and lead LSPD.

• I understand that I have less en-3 experience, but I assure you that I have a great deal of en-2 experience. I have read all of the laws and regulations here, and if chosen, I will definitely make my term the most active and operational.


3.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.

• To promote them involvement in important events like bank protection, aircraft carrier operations, store robberies, and gun store robberies, I will make sure that all units earn large incentives.

• To ensure that new officers receive the greatest training possible and have a great experience in RP, get the best FTOs available.

• I will attempt to convince HR to hire as many new employees as possible, gather a large number of units for it, and provide them with the greatest incentive to motivate them to put in more effort because the night shift is the hardest to maintain.

• I will make sure that professionalism is maintained at all times because I have noticed that Leos occasionally act impolitely in stressful situations.
