Rejected banned for GR 1.9

Dear admins,

i hope this message finds you well. as i was playing grand RP today i went to the auto fair in city. There i saw a car which was being sold for 1.2 million which i have purchased. mind you i brought this through auto fair so i do not know who the seller his or his identity. after purchasing the car i was testing it out and got banned immediately. i didn't know the general rules of grand RP at this time period. after this my friend approached an admin and upon further conversation i was informed that i was banned for tax evasion. i don't know what to do or how to get my account back. please review this at the earliest. thank you.
