Leader of Vagos Gang
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 - From my last half Ballas term before that i was Vagos leader. I finished succesfully. Since from my last Ballas term i was deputy in every gang under very experienced leaders that gave me opportunity show my abilities and prove them right that i am the best deputy in the city. I was planning to be apply Vagos again after long time cause Vagos have important place in my heart it will be always special and from last leader they werent strong enough like my term. I wanna be Leader of Vagos and make those old special memories again with my friends. I know that i can lead people so wisely and make them follow my lead under my leadership. I am planning to make Vagos back on top like before. I will show and prove this with my experiences.
2.2 - I have been in gangs for almost 3 years in high rank mostly as a deputy. During this gang times i feel like i was the leader and also make me miss my old times as leader.
2.3 - During the time I spent in gang with my friends they were telling me that why u not become leader again so finally i am ready to be leader of Vagos gang .
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 - Attend all events, fully active in ghetto , robbing everyone doing and protect sprays and also keep the activity high with hostage situations, stores and fz raids. Being active gang is the main purpose for the gang and the only way to keep gang alive.
3.2 - Taking control of ghetto without rulebreaks , anyone rulebreaks will be result with demotions and blacklist.
3.4 - Choosing right deputies to take care of the gang when i am not in city. Also, having the right and best high commands with good experience and trusted. So they can be in charge and take right actions to keep gang safe and peaceful.
3.5 - We will work to do hostage situations to make rp with LEOs all the time.
My goals for Vagos :
1- Be active in ghetto
2- Controls the sprays
3- Do %100 with my good turf roster
4- Giving bonuses after event
5- Attends all events
6- Max profit every hour
