2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation
===MAJOR POINTS===
a. My Experience In The SAHP Were From Previous 3 Terms I Was a High Command In SAHP and I Was In City From Past 1 Year (OOC). I Hold Some Good Experience Spending In SAHP and i love working in the Environment specially in SAHP. i have a good bond or connection with SAHP and my past leaders and seniors as well as other officers. And the High Ways Specially Connects Me With My Born Place I Was Born In The Sandy Shores And From My Birth (IC) I Was Watching These SAHP Troopers Working For Their Country And Specially In Sandy Shores And I Love How They maintain traffic regulation in the sandy shores. They control criminal rate that's why Sandy Shores Is The Most Safest Place In The Los Santos.
b. I Don't Know That I'm capable or not but i know that i have gained very much experience in all Law Enforcement Organizations and learn from my seniors as well as some time from lower commands every body in the SAHP Specially teach me some new rules and stuff that i was unaware about and that give me a thought in my mind that one day ill also apply for leader and one day ill become SAHP leader and server for my nation and citizens
c. I have Learned Many Things Working in the SAHP Spent my 5 Years (IC) in SAHP and Contributed as a high command and now i think this is the time where I believe i should contribute as a leader as well. Whether if i passed or not no matter what happen but SAHP really means to me and always will be in my heart. Till now im sure that im aware of everything but i still believe that i will learn something new everyday and i will whether i will be a leader or not.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
====MAJOR POINTS====
1.1 Ill make sure that there will be proper usage of the RP Commands in my organization whether if my Troopers are using PDA or Searching a car Trunk There should be a proper usage of commands and it will improve RP level in my organization
1.2 I'll Distribute good bonuses and make sure that the bonuses will be paid on time and ill make a decent bonus system so that my Organization will Work properly and nicely and my troopers will not stop the good work going on.
1.3 I'll make sure to complete all the given tasks by curators like fines , tows, Arrest so that our organization will be more active and will increase the RP level automatically. bonuses will be issued in time
