Hello, dear Administrators
i am writing to appeal my recent ban for bug abuse under Gen Rule 6.23. I understand the importance of following the rules to keep the game fair, and I apologize for any issues caused.
During a raid, my Wi-Fi briefly disconnected, which led to an unintentional logout during combat. I immediately reconnected to get back into the game as soon as my connection was stable, not realizing this could be seen as bug abuse. I apologize if this disrupted gameplay for others—that was never my intention.
I will be more careful in the future to avoid any similar issues. I’m hopeful for a chance to return to the game, rejoin my family, and enjoy the project with everyone.
