Why do you want to be the leader of this organization specifically?
I have extensive experience in the gang world, also awareness of legal boundaries and ways to circumvent them, including understanding law enforcement tactics and legal loopholes.
Skills in organizing and directing gang members. I have extensive knowledge of the city, which earns me many members. Because I have the skill of directing, I will distribute tasks in the required manner.
The ability to instill fear or respect in others, whether through force or the use of authorized violence, which helps to assert control and power.
Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization ?
First, I will hire people who have experience in teaching new members professionally so that we can maintain the server rules and find a place for everyone within the organization so that there is work for new players and experts at the same time.
Building a family environment among everyone who brings us together with one goal, as I will hire a distinguished group of members to do the work of collecting money in legitimate ways and motivating members with this money.
I will personally supervise all operations. I have many plans for events to make all members excited to participate because of the fame I gained from working with all gangs. We will make this organization the largest, strongest and most authority organization in Los Santos
