id like to request for my punishment to be uplifted, due to one main factor that the person i supposedly "car-rammed" was in the middle of the road, even if i had time to react and slow down i would of hit that person either way due to the mechanisms of my car, I'd like to pin-point its his own fault for standing in a spot that s vulnerable to himself.
