At Emergency Medical Services (EMS), we are the heartbeat of the state’s emergency response and healthcare system. Our mission? To provide life-saving medical care, swift first aid, and safe transportation to top-tier medical facilities. But that's not all. EMS also produces vital medical supplies, conducts health inspections, supports public health initiatives, and leads vaccination efforts.

Every day, our dedicated team ensures that everyone in San Andreas—regardless of gender, race, nationality, language, or social standing—receives the care they deserve. While EMS holds the responsibility to serve unconditionally, we also honor the right of individuals to decline treatment when desired. Ambulance Service (AS/GS)
EMS’s frontline responders, the Ambulance Service, are ready 24/7 to deliver rapid medical care. This department includes the Air Rescue Division (ARD) for high-risk, remote, or hard-to-reach emergencies. The Head of Ambulance Service leads this critical team.

Medical Department (MD/HS)
From diagnosing patients to administering treatments and health insurance, the Medical Department is at the core of EMS. Operations are managed from the Sandy Shores Hospital and Pillbox Hill Medical Center under the Head of Medical Department.

Training Department (FTO)

Laboratory Department
The pulse of EMS production, the Laboratory Department crafts essential medical supplies for the entire state, supporting entities like the Government, National Guard, and Law Enforcement. Managed by the Division Chief of Laboratory.

Amid the challenges of city life, the EMS Psychiatric Department is committed to mental health, ensuring that all residents have access to counseling, support, and a renewed sense of hope. Our team works tirelessly to support mental resilience and community well-being.

Night Shift Heroes Wanted! ​

We’re looking for committed individuals ready to serve during our busiest hours. With competitive bonuses of up to $36,000 per hour (in addition to base pay), this could be the life-changing career you’ve been waiting for.

Shift Times:

• Shift 1: 00:00 - 06:00
• Shift 2: 06:00 - 12:00
• Shift 3: 12:00 - 18:00
• Shift 4: 18:00 - 00:00

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of city residency
• Clean criminal record
• Proficiency in English
• Functional vocal cords
• No gang-related tattoos
• Minimum age: 16 years old
