2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• Under my time periond i city i got the chance to join all orgs in the city including SAHP where I had one of the best time under Sam Hill, Rodrego Warburg leadership which I belive was the best terms that ever counterd the in the cities history. With them I got to learn alot at same time I wished to hold thier legecy and make a fun term not just for me and for others too. The resson for I choose SAHP is becuase I could get good nummbers and make a good activite term in genral.
• SAHP is surrounded by controling the highways of the city to most action happens after ghetto thats why we need to have controll over it so other leos and civielens can rotate in the city freely without being afried to become hostage or/and robbed.
• While playing in crime secation of the city we will go out to the highway to catch SAHP tropper and make him as hostage. I will try to make it as hard as possibol for gangsters to get my tropps as hostage by for exempele driving with convoy and train them on how to drive when they see suspects and having 10-15 in the car.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• My highcommands will be demands to work like an highcommand for exemple training new comers, taking suit cases and getting arrest warns form corupt members from other orgs.
• In my last term in vagos I noticed that when the leader is close to his mermbers the more they will love the org and follow orders from the leader. Thats why i will make sure to be as close as possibol to my troops under my leadership.
• 5 corrupt officers is not needed but it adds more action and drama to the org thats why i will chose carefully who will get a bio and who is not.
