I have been trying to Buy a Pullman for days and my friend said he knew someone selling but he was in city at a different time and i couldn't meet with the seller due to time differences. while 2.3 mill is not 50% state value its 2.5mill I didn't do any other transactions afterwards with my friend to give extra money or intentionally evade tax. But I except my punishment and a money wipe to get unbanned.
