2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

ANSWER:-
Point 1. Firstly, SAHP as an organisation gives everyone in the server a lot better platform for a better roleplaying with its various departments and its usefulness in various occasions. Also being outside of the city I find this organisation has a lot of potential.
For me SAHP is my first every organisation in the city. It's where my journey started into the world of legal organisations. I personally have been in SAHP for more that 6 term with different leaders. I have grinded for a rookie to a high command in this particular organisation. I have gained most of my experience from this particular organisation. After working with all those leaders and gaining experience with different leaders I think now I am capable of making a step higher and want to make SAHP a lot more active and functioning though my prosperity and my vision.

Point 2. Secondly, I want to be a leader of this organisation as I have dedicated a lot of time and effort in this organisation and have also gained a lot of experience of inside and out of SAHP in particular which give me a better understanding of this organisation. And moreover I have a positive attitude and my previous experience working with other have been in a good tract. I can handle and work in a high pressure situation and my quick decision making ability would help me run the organisation to its full potential.

Point 3. Thirdly, I admire to be a leader as I believe leader with a key understanding of the organisation, its mission and its value can not only help run the organisation to its full potential but moreover he can motivate agents within the organisation to work hard and make an increased activity of SAHP in all the occasion and events that take place within the city. I bare an extensive understanding and knowledge which would help me run the organisation and make an impact for the upcoming leaders of SAHP.

Point 4. Fourthly, My desire to be a leader is to form a well developed agents who can help me run the organisation to its full potential. Forming a good team come with a good mentorship and training. I would like to help each and everyone to grow and succeed in their own possible ways not only for the present time I would like to make them grow and give a pretty good chance to make a positive attitude and positivity for their future. Providing adequate training and providing a supportive environment to help them grow to their fullest and supporting them with everything I can would foster a positivity within the organisation and help in making the organisation to its fullest.


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

ANSWER:- As a leader my priority for improving the RolePlay level in the organisations will be on top.
Here are some of my ideas which I would like to implement for a better enhanced roleplaying within the organisation :-

Point 1. Firstly, I would like to make various changes within the SAHP. Starting from addition of a newly specialised department. Moreover making some internal changes within the running department like hrt , SWAT , IA ect. Ensuring each and every department follows the rules and regulations and functions properly. Give each department there unique outfits and cars. Providing them a platform to make communication.
I would like to make a new ways to communicate with all the agents though hosing some small events within the SAHP in a weekly basis like promotion ceremony , small quiz , celebrating agents individual success and many more. This will not only help agents to be motivated and enthusiastic within their work but also help everyone within the organisation to take part and engage in a roleplay and make the organisation more active within the city.

Point 2. Communication is an key for any orgs to achieve its full potential. Communication with all the member of the organisation, communication with the citizens of the city and communication with all the other legal organisations of the city is must for a better roleplay and enhancement of the organisation. Collaborative with the other organisations like EMS, LSPD and FIB for combined operation. Make a communication with EMS for a regular checkup for the agents within the organisations for the first-aids and health insurance would give a better roleplay for both the organisation.
Combining with LSPD AND FIB to do a special Operations, vehicle licence checkup, managing traffic in the highways and other combined work with all the three organisation would also give a good roleplay within the organisation.
I would like to boost communication within the SAHP by having a clear radio communication and hosting meeting with all the department each week and discuss about their needs and discuss about the ongoing crimes and difficulties they are facing and their point of views on how to tackle those crimes in the city. This would give a platform for all the officers to stand and give their thoughts and vision and help to engage in a roleplay and eventually enhance the roleplay level of the organisation.

Point 3. Money is what all we grind for in the city for those extensive collection of clothing and accessories and those super cars so I would like to make an expensive list of BONUSES. Opportunity to get a good is need to boost the officers to work hard and engage more in roleplay and events.
Bonuses not only for events or for the departmental work but for the hardwork their passion for all those successful operations they conduct and officer with an active response for all the emergency calls and ATM robberys and all those events within the city is all needed to make a growing phase in the organisations and enhance the roleplay level within the organisation.
Ranking all the officers for their hardwork and passion rather their past experience and favouritism will help to grow a positive environment within the organisation.

Point 4. As a leader I would like to focus on expanding my team bring members for all the corner of los santos and giving them a family like environment is all I fonder for.
I understand and value the importance of bond within the organisation. Bond is a strong weapon to make organisation excel.
I would like to fill the organisation with maximum number of people would can be segregated among different timezones to guard the city.
I understand how important and pressurized task is to be a leader of this organisation but I believe with all those experiences and my vision and desire to help and grow the organisation will all help in enhancing the roleplay level and excel the organisation.
