Rejected Too many bans | 34872

Dear admins,
My so many friends got banned for too many bans like they have 7-10 bans and they got blacklist from en2 but this guy whose id 34872 having 7+ bans and he is still playing and he was saying me in dms that admin are their friends thats why he is still unbanned i think rules are same for everyone so please check this guy bcs this guy is also very toxic and target people and he also dont know how to do proper rp
