As a leader of FIB i would like to create and apply impactful changes in the firm I'm going to identify the areas that require improvement and work with others to try and improve and make it more efficient and productive as a result, this can help FIB achieve higher productivity creativity and success.

Leadership provides the opportunity to foster and cultivate the talents of team members i want to build a growth culture that everyone is encouraged to do their best this will enable me to pass such patience towards my mentees by nurturing them into a well equipped and strong contingent who will face challenges without teeny weeny doubts in a scenairo

When in a leadership position there are entirely different challenges that come into play which means you have to think and act fast for example I am looking forward to further developing my problem solving skills by having to make tough decisions and deal with the unanticipated challenges of working life not only will this help FIB but it will also help me grow professionally as I learn to address and manage various aspects while responding to the everchanging demands



3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.


Bringing Changes Being one of the leaders of FIB, I want to make the changes I believe in and see happen Improving efficiency is possible when I find areas that can be improved and work with people to help the flow be less obstructed and more effective and productive It would make FIB more effective innovative and ultimately successful

There is the opportunity to guide and nurture the potential in those you lead I believe in creating an environment that embraces growth where everyone feels valued and inspired to give their best through sharing mentoring I can be a steppingstone to creating a strong competent team ready to tackle challenges

Develop Solution oriented thinking leadership brings its own problems and you need to think on your feet I want to hone my problem solving skills through making decisions that are not easy and dealing with unpredictable circumstances this will benefit not just FIB but also other leaders.

Team members should flesh out detailed backstories and personalities such as specific characteristics needs and goals that fits with FIB clearly defined characters increases immersion and allows members to make actions which feel true to character for themselves a guidepost for character references would also be an excellent idea to keep everyone aligned with each other about people's motivations and roles on the team as well

Hold regular training based on realistic scenarios the FIB agents may face. These sessions are designed to train members on how to get stuck in tough scenarios understand their RP and to learn how to act accordingly while being an actor of their role. Teamwork will also be enhanced due to the fact that scenario-based training needs members to work together and respond in real time.
