Hello,
first of all, I would like to apologize to Babi Ruthless. six hours was given to upload my POV, but unfortunately, I couldn't meet the deadline because I was asleep during that time frame. I also apologize for taking up your time.
To get into the matter: both myself and the other high commands were warning the FAMILIES members not to shoot after releasing the hostage. You can see this in my POV as well as in the POV of the player who opened the forum, ID 169809. The LEOs didn’t clearly state that they would leave peacefully. Despite this, none of the FAMILIES members fired until the LEOs started shooting at us. At 0:20 in my POV, you can see my armor being damaged and that none of the FAMILIES members are shooting. Similarly, in the POV of the player with ID 169809, you can see that they initiated the shooting. After this point, I began shooting because the LEOs had withdrawn and had already started firing on us which gave us an opportunity to open fire against them.
In my opinion, it would not be fair for me to be punished under these circumstances. If I am to be punished, then the LEOs who fired first should also be punished. Of course, you know best, but I am sharing my POV here for you to review once more.
