Answers:
1. FIB
2. Law Enforcement Expertise & Leadership Experience Of Departments I have vast experience within the FIB having worked in various positions within the organization such as the Chief of Staff of Human Resource and the Head of Internal Affairs Department. This has provided me with a good insight of operations of FIB and the kind of leadership that is required in managing people. Furthermore, my work as the Junior State Lawyer and my previous practice in the LSPD, which is quite similar to the FIB, gives me a fair view of the law enforcement system. It is this background that makes me ready to meet complex situations with proper professionalism and overall understanding of the legal and organizational aspects of the city. Leadership Skills and Justice I have a low profile, can make decisions very fast, and I am fluent in English thus can communicate well with other team members. I believe in equity as my leadership approach since I have a strong policy against bias in the workplace. In this respect, this approach guarantees that no one discriminates any other member based on his or her rank, age, or any other factor; it simply means that every member is given an equal chance to prove his or her worth, which I believe helps in building trust, motivation, and unity among the organization’s members. FIB passion and a life dream It is a dream of mine to become a leader in the FIB, which I had since my time with the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) where I wanted to join the FIB. To do that was a success, and from there I have created good experiences and a commitment to the agency. Now, I want the leadership position as the ultimate way to contribute to and protect an organization that is dear to me and to make it perform well under the strong and meaningful leadership.
3. I would enhance RP by simulating training with activities from my experience and across the diff erent FIB roles. This would prepare members for all sorts of scenario that are possible hence making interactions a more practical and professional affair.
To increase the quality of RP, I would ensure that there is no bias when dealing with the colleagues in a team. This way the members encourage other members to engage more actively knowing their work is recognized through promotions and other incentives given to various members.
