As per State Rule 1.10, LEOs cannot wear personal masks on duty. In my POV, officer ID 154480 is seen wearing a personal mask, violating this rule.

In my extended pov at timestamp 2:09 you wore your personal mask and after taking it off you wore again at timestamp 9:50. No further discussions please let admins decide.
