Additional information
1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. The LSPD organization is my all-around favorite ORG for legal work (LEO). This is where I built a genuine love for the work. It has always been enjoyable and gratifying to work for this organization as its many systems reward new citizens (Which I was at the time).
B. It is no secret that LSPD is where many law enforcement officers begin their careers and I would like all recruits to be treated with respect and dignity. I will help foster a warm family atmosphere where they will be encouraged to perform their roles and be enthused by them.
C. Since I joined LSPD I had the ambition that I would one day lead the org and achieve great things within its confines. As a leader, I will always try to do great things, break new records and attempt to make the organization better at every corner.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Newer people who come to LSPD need an in-depth course on what their job is and how to effectively communicate as they roleplay. This will help you to create RP scenarios that are fun and enjoyable for everyone taking part.
I understand favoritism might sometimes cross organizations, gangs or even state groups. Hence, I think that only reliable candidates who respect LSPD standards should be taken in. If anyone is acting rude or disrespectful, they will not be considered as we want to keep a safe and enjoyable environment inside and out of LSPD.
LSPD it would also be beneficial for them to work with other state organizations as this offers a wider pool for RP. This could mean arranging public records events steered by our PR team, or it very well may be as basic as cooperating and staying in contact about errands.
One other way to enhance the RP experience is taking scenarios serious. For example, if one of our officers is taken hostage they should actually be afraid for their life – not just by doing what the criminals tell them to do in-voice but also by verbalizing it as well. This makes it more interactive and immersive to the RP experience.
Departments:
IB (Investigation Bureau)
Not that the Investigation Bureau (IB) hasn't kept away from netizens — its latest peak in activity or high engagement was a while ago. Our plan is to rejuvenate IB through weekly cannabis convoys, with the aim of making three missions a week during which undercover agents report back on intel regarding marijuana and bring in criminals we’ve been looking for. Moreover, IB attire (non-labeled hoodies and shirts) is only available for IB members to wear, and unauthorized casual wearing of these uniforms will lead to punitive measures. Those who join IB only for the uniform would also be shown the door.
PR (Public Relations)
PR cannot be done solo — it is essential for the PR team to active, passionate officers who are able to have at least 25 PR events every term. PR can do wonders for RP all around the city and they have great staff bringing enjoyment into events. PR events are intended for the community, which means a tech-driven PR team can have many real-life interactions with thousands of citizens throughout the city followed up by quality impressions.
HRT (Human Resources and Training)
I started with Human Resources and Training (HRT) which is also one of my departments that I’ve seen evolve through the years. HRT has had a few bumps in recent terms, and I am determined to see it through this term and into the next. Having spent years with HRT, I feel ready to reconstruct the team and restore its legacy — keeping HRT top of mind as it is a critical aspect for professionalism and general quality standards throughout the organization.
SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics)
In recent years, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) has been a top-performing fast-responding department despite many opportunities for improvement. SWAT is also working on building three teams that would be fielded and trained to specialize in different types of operations. Previously, these teams were not full utilized, but this term the intention is to add a daily team training component to build on tactics and communication.
IA (Internal Affairs)
IA (Internal Affairs) is another key department, dealing with internal matters including corruption investigations, body cam and activity checks, etc. IA will clear every internal matter to ensure that there is no foul play taking place inside the organization confirming that all officers are qualifying all mandatory requirements such as having health insurance and weapons licenses before appearing for duty. IA will also collaborate closely, as needed, with the District Attorney.
TE (Traffic Enforcement)
Although Traffic Enforcement (TE) results have been historically good over the last couple of terms, there is certainly some work to be done in this area. We are currently without night-time towing so we will offer to triple the bonus for officers who deal with a tow at night. Lastly, tow raids have been relatively rare recently — we want to change that by increasing the rewards. LSPD officers also have the chance for prizes by way of hosted towing competitions!
