I recently returned to the city and saw that forums for NG leader were open, I applied and got picked, I went to my interview and they were checking my Nvidia Now before I continue I don't use Nvidia that much I don't know much about it just that you can record and according to the rules your overlay has to show but nowhere does it state that you need to enable a setting in the privacy settings and I never knew that since it's not in the rules and I just got back to the game I played last 2 years ago and haven't been in the city since then, I had recorded clips before in GRP and never had this issue I don't know of this setting got enabled of I reset my PC recently but Like I told the admin I don't use Nvidia that much since I just came back to RP and reset my PC.
How come this is not shown in rule 6.17 that you need to enable this privacy setting and because of this leak of information I was not given the opportunity to do the NG interview, I kindly ask to be given a warning or at least give me a chance to do the interview again as the only reason I came back was to try to get leadership
