Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. Initially when I joined Families I got to do amazing RP under some great leaders and lately the last few leaders couldn't continue the great legacy and this motivates me to take leadership and bring back the old days where Families was ruling every part of the city .
2. I was in gangs(Families , ballas x3 , bloods ) for months as underdeputy, Nexus and helped in leading events et and now id love to use it to run the Families gang and keep it active
3. I would like to the leader of Families because I wanna build an organization like a family where we are active and having each others back in each and every situation and have a non toxic community where everyone can join and enjoy their time in the game .
Your advice for improving roleplay in the organization
1. I would like to make sure that the gang actively participates in events such as store robberies , clands, and fz raid on a daily basis so that the roleplay becomes interesting for everyone
2. Dominating the ghetto with no rule breaks , rule breaks will lead to blacklist
3. Having the best deputies and underdeputies as they can help me make sure that theres no rule breaks behind my back .
Goals :
1. Dominate ghetto along with the sprays
2. Go for 100 % turfs
3. Win vehicle theft and informant
4. Increase RP for everyone ( store robberies and hostage situation ).
