Subject: Unfair Ban by Administrator Sylvia Som – Request for Review and Clarification & [If found Guilty Just Give Me Permanent Ban.]
Dear Grand Role Play Chief Administrator,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a concern regarding my recent ban by Administrator Sylvia Som. I am a new player who joined the server just six days ago, and I am deeply disheartened and saddened to be in this situation. I wish to respectfully request a review of my case and clarification on the reasons behind the ban.
Background:
Since joining, I have made every effort to engage in the game in a respectful and law-abiding manner. I have consistently taken taxi jobs and worked hard to earn every penny, ensuring I do not break any rules or participate in illegal activities within the game. I have never scammed, robbed, or engaged in any actions that would violate the server’s guidelines. I have also never been involved in any illegal transactions or tax evasion. If needed, I kindly ask the Chief Admin team to review the logs of my account to verify this.
Incidents of Harassment:
On several occasions, I have been harassed by other players, who have hit me or even killed me by ramming their vehicles into mine. Despite these actions, I have refrained from retaliating and have always chosen to avoid conflicts. However, I have noticed that these players who engage in such actions do not face bans or consequences, which I find concerning.
Request for Clarification:
Given my commitment to following the rules and maintaining a peaceful experience on the server, I am at a loss as to why I was banned. As a new player, I do not have a history of purchases or significant investments in the game, and I wonder if this played a role in the decision to ban me. If my ban is not overturned, I would kindly ask for a clear and valid explanation for this action.
It is very upsetting to be banned without cause or explanation, especially as I have worked hard to follow the game’s guidelines and interact respectfully with others. I hope this issue can be resolved fairly, and I trust that you will review my case thoroughly.
