Subject: Unfair Jail Sentence by Admin Joey Marshh for Alleged VDM Violation
Complaint: Dear Admin Team,
I am writing to address what I believe to be an unfair decision made by Admin Joey Marshh, resulting in my jailing for an alleged Vehicle Death Match (VDM) violation. I understand that VDM is taken seriously, and any player who uses a vehicle to intentionally kill others is subject to punishment. However, I respectfully submit that my actions did not break this rule.
Summary of Incident: During the incident in question, my vehicle only made slight contact with another player, which was incidental and unintentional. I was chasing another individual, driving in a stunt style, but I took care not to cause harm to anyone. The player in question was actually killed by someone else involved in the scenario, not by me(The Killer id is 102562).
POV Evidence: POV recording clearly shows that (The pov recorded by who killed in this incident):
-I was not using my vehicle to harm any player intentionally.
-I did not kill the other player; someone else caused the fatal impact.
-I was simply maneuvering my car around in a stunt-like manner without intending harm.
Given these facts, I believe the decision to jail me for VDM was made without fully reviewing the POV evidence. I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed, as I am committed to following server rules and contributing to a fair, enjoyable gaming environment.
