2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
A. First Let Me Introduce about my self , I'm Mad Hill and I have good experience In city . i served 8-10 terms in SAHP . In the beginning I started as a Trainee and worked for a while as Non-High Command. and after i started as a Captain ( this was my 1st HC rank in SAHP) and i worked hard to achieve good position in departments . i got to know how to lead special missions/ events . i use to take care of SAHP when sheriff or undersheriff are not available in city. now I want to take the responsibility of SAHP as a Sheriff . I want to prove my leadership skills in my term .
B. So, my current position through SAHP is Assistant Sheriff (AS) . Now its time to take a chance to lead SAHP. i have Good/Highly and old experienced High Command Team for My Term . And i want to make my term super active with my HC team. and last term was quite and good enough activity even though i want to show super activity in my term with my Co-Troopers. i want implement some changes in my Term in SAHP. and i also want to solve the conflicts which i faced in before terms ..
C. I want to stop the criminal activity in SAHP jurisdiction by hiring more Troopers to My term . i want to be a role model for upcoming troopers and i want to teach them how to handle situations . i want to bring the olden and golden days of SAHP in my term i will do everything that i can do . I have the Best and Good High command Team they can lead my term with me smoother without any mistakes/ conflicts . This is my long Dream To Become Sheriff ... i hope i may get this Term to Prove My Self...
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
A. I will make sure that i will make peaceful environment within our state orgs .
B. I will make sure we will be super active in my term.
C. I will ensure to have friendly and lovely conversation between other state orgs while doing special events/missions.
D. I will make sure that my HC is not doing any favoritism .
Departments :
Internal Affairs: This department is most powerful department. In my term IA will be Handled by Assistant Sheriff / Undersheriff /Sheriff , so we will be taking care of favoritism , corruption, conflicts with the org and .we will be very strict and follow the rules . and we will make sure that we are doing daily
bodycam check , log check , mass inspection, trunk searches ..ETC
Human Recourse & Training ( HRT): HRT is main back bone of SAHP and HRT staff members are inspiration for all troopers . They will be guiding everyone with the doubts . i will make sure that the HRT team is hiring more people and train them faster with good techniques . we will improving the training process by hiring best HRT people to department also .. we will be doing daily 4 open recruitments 2 before subs and 2 after the subs ..
Public Relation: PR is the most entertainment department . i will guide my PR Team to Host different and unique events for Citizens of Los santos . i have good PR Management team for my term . and also i have different creative ideas for events. and i make sure we will do daily 1 PR event per day / and 1 internal event once a week ...
SWAT: S.W.A.T is the most stronger tactical department which leads the special events/ missions . and will be doing 3 Ghetto Patrolling g in a week. and also do physical fitness / combat trainings to improve strength/shooting and leading skills ..
Highway Patrol : SAHP Is mainly known as High Ways patrolling . we will be doing checkpoints/ group convoy patrolling's / group towing / and we make sure that at least one or two units will be staying at insurance from 04:00 to 22:00 ..
Undercover : this is the most secret and important department which mainly gathers criminal activities in ghetto and highway and saves it Our data base and we will be making a confidential conversation with FIB about evidences. we will be helping FIB as well as LSPD . by gathering crime evidences daily ...
