As you can see in the POV that 71030 is doing meta gaming by saying my name by using the ID.
And 78123 being a leader is breaking rules by speaking Foreign Language in unscripted GZ. I warned him that it is a green zone but still didnt listen and was talking in FL and said "SO WHAT, SO WHAT". If you are a leader you should know all the rules.
