Rejected request for deban or reduction of sanction

bonjour je viens vers vous car j'ai été banni définitivement et j'aimerais vraiment être débanni je discutais avec el pepe sur discord il m'a banni car mon mari et moi avons la même adresse IP et mon mon mari a mon nom sur son club social il l'a changé depuis longtemps maintenant. dans le règlement il est écrit que pour un 1.4RG seul le deuxième compte est banni définitivement et le premier compte est banni pendant 7 jours svp j'aimerais vraiment que la sanction soit levée ou réduite à 60 jours merci de votre compréhension
