Life Story:
Harry was born on a rough estate called Stoops estate in Burnley, in August 2000. Harry's parents was the worst kind of people. They stole, lied, drank and took drugs From a young age Harry already new the importance of money. With Harry parents being drug addicts and alcoholics they never had money to provide for him. . Harry spent many days on the streets homeless, with no food. Harry slowly learned that the world is a cruel place. Whilst homeless Harry had to beg and busk around the town centre of Burnley, mainly around the fast food enterprises that sought many customers. During Harry time begging he was assaulted many times, spat on, called rude names and worst off all he had hot drinks and food thrown at him every single day. These issues led to Harry becoming a angry hostile man, he hated most people and would do anything to avoid them. Whilst out sleeping rough Harry was approached by 2 young men, instantly Harry was expecting abuse but this time it was different. The two young men was actually trying to help. This was a first for Harry, it was the first time he didnt feel scared or vulnerable in years. The two young men took Harry inside the closest McDonalds and bought him food and drinks. Harry spoke more than he had ever done in his life, he actually felt comfortable for once.
Career story:
Harry started working at doc and slowly worked his way up into SAHP where he became captain of undercover. after sahp harry went to FIB and spent 2 terms Protecting the city and catching corrupt Officers. After FIB harry decided the leo life wasn't for him so he left and went to join families gang where he once again worked his way up into another Hc spot. After Families harry decided he missed the legal life and joined LSPD and was offered Chief of SWA, witch then lead to him to be leader of LSPD. After harry finished being leader he was offered Chief of staff at FIB where he currently stays
Outcomes:
1.Harry can destroy devices like bodycam and radios and can find hidden ones with ( /try 2 times per situation ) and /do Commands.
2.Harry can take bribes up to ( 100K and Guns ) To help people escape.
3.Harry can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. ( no ORG gears included )
4.Harry can take contracts or start random prison breaks. ( with Darknet task or using USB 1 time daily )
5.Harry can torture/interrogate for information or use truth serum to get true information ( using the /try command twice per situation)
6.Harry can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect.
7.Harry can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
8.Harry can remove previous reasons for being arrested to get rid of any evidence of Harrys 10-15 being arrested.
9.Harry can break IC Laws and able to use his position in FIB.
10. Harry can add or remove people in wanted list, and also he can give fines and arrest someone for fake charges IF he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons and nothing too severe).
