I got a penalty for breaking server rule GR 6.15 but I didn't do it and I will prove it with evidence. As you can see dear admin the plaintiff presented that I killed him without giving him 5 seconds to leave but from my point of view video it appears that I gave him 5 seconds and killed him but what the person hid from you is that he broke server rule Fear RP and NLR because he didn't present the whole situation in his complaint. This person came before this video and tried to collect the debt from me and I gave him 5 seconds to leave and he didn't respond and didn't fear for his life and this will be proven by my first video. And without forgetting everything after his body decomposed, he broke the NLR server rule and returned to the same place and tried to collect the debt from me again, and I gave him 5 seconds to leave again, but he did not leave, but preferred to break the Fear RP server rule again, and after all this, he filed a complaint against me with evidence that does not show the whole situation so that I receive the punishment and make me the one who is wrong, not him, and from my experience with server rules, he deception the administrators, and server rules punish a person for this thing, for this reason I demand to review the punishment I received and punish the correct person, and I have lost a lot of equipment because of this wrong punishment. The losses are 19 Rev bullets, 205 assault rifle bullets, 56 shotgun bullets, a bulletproof shield, a long shotgun, a assault rifle (M4) , a short shotgun, a Rev pistol, and a baseball bat. I hope you review my complaint carefully and punish the person who deceived the administrator and caused all this loss to me and caused a warning to my family because I am the leader of the unoff family.

In your POV its very clear to you gave proper demands to him with 5 Seconds so your warn will be removed for that (In his POV it was look likes you just gave 2 seconds thats why you were punished btw but as i said your warn will be removed) and after reviewing evidences provided by you ID 62715 will receive punishment for NLR. And about targeting, we cant know if he really want to talk with leader or he is here for targeting. And of course he will get necessary punishments.
