Greetings dear Admin,
I am Pralayanath Gendaswami | 25286, this is my twink account. Story starts from this morning when me and my family member was going to unload caravan.
lord hexler | 62817 came from nowhere and started ramming caravan truck. He was blocking way of both the car (Sultan) and truck. You can see in POV, I came late at scene as I was not able to drive car for few seconds as he rammed me at the bridge near docks. The truck went ahead of me and lord hexler was chasing it.
We apologize for the bad words spoken by Ashu Badshah. I want to mention it first that both are in same gang (lord hexler and ASHU BADSHAH in VAGOS), So we can also assume that he saw him in minimap and then followed. Also, in his POV there is a Debt collector truck driven by hexler family member (who don't know anything about situation, as he was going to collect someone else debt because I don't saw him in before that part). Am talking about minimap, because we came all the way from Caravan point to ghetto freely. Theres no one who's following us from the beginning, it was only hexler (62817) who got location info from minimap or he saw him there in ghetto. But there is no point for debt collector driver to know about our path. We go inside ghetto from LSPD base side (there's no chance for debt collector to know about us. Also, ASHU didn't have debt on him).
In lord hexler video we can't see any meeting point set, not any chat or family radio used to give call to other fam member.
In video, when time is 00:56 we can hear him saying ""Ha Ha THOK"" to his family member celestial hexler | 86639. We can see his in-game mic didn't open in whole video before he got rammed by me. So, it's not possible for debt collector to come and assist another guy for hijacking the caravan. That means they are sharing information OOC. We can't hear any input given by debt collector driver. Possible chances for metagaming and not capturing overlays.
