Leader of Bloods Gang
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. Bloods have an amazing Hq location and I want to use this location as an advantage and make sure that the gang controls the entire ghetto from top to bottom like winning stores , defending fib raids , raiding other gangs everyday , winning informant and vehicle theft and lastly I will make sure that everyone who isnt in bloods gets robbed whenever they enter ghetto .
2. I was in gangs(marabunta , ballas x3 , bloods ) for months as underdeputy and helped in leading events etc and now id love to use it to run the Bloods gang and keep it active
3. I would like to the leader of Bloods because I wanna build an organization like a family where we are active and having each others back in each and every situation and have a non toxic community where everyone can join and enjoy their time in the game .
Your advice for improving roleplay in the organization
1. I would like to make sure that the gang actively participates in events such as store robberies , clands, and fz raid on a daily basis so that the roleplay becomes interesting for everyone and i will try to have joint situations with other gangs to increase RP for us .
2. Dominating the ghetto with no rule breaks , rule breaks will lead to blacklist
3. Having the best deputies and underdeputies as they can help me make sure that theres no rule breaks behind my back .
4. As a leader I will focus on mentoring and creating a space for players where players can grow and improve their RP skills and learn to lead events so that they feel confident enough to apply and go for leaderships going forward .
Goals :
1. Dominate ghetto along with the sprays
2. Go for 100 % turfs
3. Win vehicle theft and informant every week and focus on daily events
4. Increase RP for everyone ( store robberies and hostage situation ).
