Rix was born in city of Los santos , his father was serving the state as LSPD Officer , and after sometime he shift to India , for 2year , after that he return to Los santos , after 4 years , he reached the age of 18 , he decided to buy a business near Capitol , after that he buy that , he got a Loss because on that Business , a gang named "bloods" Attack on his business , after that he decided to buy a house near SAHP HQ , he live in that house for 5months , after that 4people rob his house , he got a big loss

After taking a big loss , he uncle told me to do some jobs , but he decided to server the state like his father , he decided to join government , he serve the government as High command , after that he joined LSPD as Chief Of Staff , after 2 months he joined FIB as Head Of Department , at last he joined the US Army ( NG ) as Brigaider general , within 1 month he become Commanding general , after that he left NG , he stay unemployed for , now he joined lspd he stay there for 6months , in 6 months he realise that , there is no need to be a good cop, you can just do illegal things , by this mentality he rejoined lspd again but now he wants some changes in city of los santos
Outcomes:
1- Rix can take bribe or weapons from his suspects to release them. (Upto 100K)
2- Rix can inject truth serum into the suspects. (Only 2 times per situation).
3- Rix can respond to situation while off duty with org weapons ( will not use it for personal use)
4- Rix can refuse to show his ID to anyone to save himself while doing corruption. (In an RP situation)
5- Rix can give himself as a Hostage (If he is bribed up to 100k).
6- Rix can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives in exchange for money (Upto 100k).
7- Rix can break bodycams and smash them up. (Only 2 times per situation).
8- Rix can use illegal items like drugs/illegal weapons while on and off duty.
9- Rix can participate in all illegal activities like ghetto clapping/Robbing people, etc. (Not going against LEOs)
10- Rix can pickup illegal weapons on ground while not in an active gun fight.
