Hello,
I was recently ban for "cheats" On Sunday, 8/15 by Sam Leblanc,
I am appealing this ban because it truthfully was a wrongful ban. the situation that happen consisted of me falling through the map and landing on the beach way far from any in game spots and than being not able to stop moving forward. I was ban for "Speed hacking and noclipping" when i was not my frames were not loaded in and it was desync there are many complaints on rage MP, altv, fivem about the same problem that occurred to me. Here's where my frustration comes in to play, I am a 16k ID, I've donated over 100 USD to the city, I've played over 500+ hours, Im part of a top 20 family, Also very high up member of the bloods turf team, Have made over 20 mil in game, at time of ban had 2 mil on me. All of that taken into account the admin who was spectating me comes up to me and says, " Nice Cheats Loser" than bans me for 60 days. This was very unprofessional considering he is an admin for a big server and shouldn't be talking to people like that however who am i to judge the other thing is I was given no time to explain what happen and send any proof i was simply just told nice cheats loser 5 times very loudly. Now i am in no form trying to insult the admin as I believe he is a great admin and always has been and handled situations good all I'm asking is can you guys please take time to see my side and realize all my assets in game etc. and than think why would this guy need to speed hack/noclip on a random beach. ive also done dev work on servers in unreal engine land is a still object and your bed is a model so if my peds shoes didnt land on ground properly it allows me to run fast because theres no game barrier its a known problem im sorry this wont happen again ive installed 16 extra gigs of ram.
