2.1 I have gained a lot of valuable experience from my time in several respected organizations., having served as Chief of Staff for the National Guard, LSPD, SAHP, and FIB. My extensive background in structured legal institutions and high-pressure environments has equipped me with a unique skill set that I am eager to leverage. Now, I am determined to take my leadership abilities to the next level by stepping into the role of FIB Director.
2.2 As we all know, the FIB is the backbone of Los Santos, standing as the most powerful and dedicated law enforcement agency in the city. My goal is to elevate the FIB to even greater heights, making it not only the most respected but also the strongest organization in the city. To achieve this, I plan to bring in experienced officers across all departments, ensuring we have the expertise and commitment needed to maintain our position as the city's leading force for security.

1. I will work hard to build and maintain positive relationships with all legal organizations, aiming to keep conflicts to a minimum and ideally have no issues at all. My goal is to create a smooth, cooperative environment where we can all work together for the benefit of the city.
2. Ensure everyone respects the chain of command, focusing on their responsibilities rather than trying to move up the ranks. Encourage each person to work with integrity and as part of a team. To boost attendance, I will offer more bonuses for showing up at events, so that more units participate actively.
3. I will hire experienced leaders for each department to oversee their teams and provide guidance on departmental operations. Their expertise will help mentor team members, enhance performance, and drive the organization to excellence.
