previously after the gang was disbanded all the pov reqs that were not reviewed were closed.

After the gang disbanded, all open but unfinalized pov request requests were closed. This was said by Tomi Meler.

its a same situation but tomi meler closed capture pov request becaause gaang disband. I think they need to reviewed before gang disband after gang disband if its now reviewed it will be rejected.

After checking with the curators and admins
Both the gangs were disbanded at same time
Either way both deputies were involved in breaking rule so Marabunta was supposed to get 1 warn but marabunta had 1 verbal left to get disband​
