I heard we got a family warning for this event where we were trying to contribute to some RP in the city
We asked the hostage what his rank was and his response was 00 agent. Someone must have assumed this was a high command person. When the negotiators requested the 300k, why were they not told that the max for this hostage was 200k, especially after they saw his ID? They could have easily said, "the max you can ask for is 200k". It looks like we got a family warning for requesting $100k more than the rule allows, which we'd be happy to give back. This rule does not state the punishment in the general rules - stated below in full. Since the punishment is not listed, the consequence seems to be subjective and could easily be reversed. We are happy to join in on some RP in the city but it seems a bit harsh to be given a family warning for a simple 100k mistake. There was plenty of opportunity during negotiating for the LEO"s to tell us that we could not get more than 200k. Had we been told that the max was 200k and we STILL demanded 300k i can understand the warning but that was not the case here.

Approved - Event rule 1.16 | Hoodrich family
Members of Hood rich family asking for 300k for non high command FIB agent. We paid them because we wanted to continue RP situation. FIB director can confirm the fact that he was not HC. According to Rules of Leaders 1.6 The senior staff of any organizations is considered only 9th(deputy) rank...
