Dear Admin i got ban for er 1.7 Yesterday for not providing pov , but i would like to tell u thats not my fault its bcaz of crash i faced when i tried to save my pov my pc got crash u can check my logs i suddenly went off after dying thats bcaz of crash. I have all pov of events which i attends but thats technical error this time.

here is the proof of that pov which is not completely saved because of crash.
On consideration - pov req | 0000 here is one more pov req on me and i have porvided the pov.
So i would like to ask admins to remove or reduce my ban.
