as you can see 4.1 Players must not have any kind of software that gives any advantage.(Hacks, bots etc.) THE GUY WHO MADE FROUM ON ME HE WAS USING AN ILLEGAL REDUX, his map was at mid aslo the map doesn't have any border you can see that here is the link of that forum
