As you can clearly see in the pov we arrived at the scene and my higher up ordered me to shoot at the armed men near the atm directly I refused and he didn't listen and started shooting the guys as they can near my higher up started getting shot so In order to protect my higher up I had to discharge my firearm , I started shooting when they did , I believe I should not get punishment for my act
