2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 Through my experience on the state side, I noticed a few things during the negotiations that I would like to do better at this point!
2.2 I would put more value on RP and stable negotiation/communication! The state authorities shouldn't be annoyed again when they see that we're starting an Ammur robbery. It should be varied, and RP should always be encouraged here by treating the hostage as a hostage or by joining their hands and if they are cheeky, they also get a bag on the head! Here the RP should be played out on all sides.
2.3 In the same way, we would attach more importance to not always doing the same thing, i.e. A not always making the same demands and B not always having the same shops that are robbed so that both sides adapt to different locations.
2.4 We would also rob more ATMs and communicate with the state first and see what happens. Here, too, it doesn't always have to be "Gambo".
But this would also be a way for us to be present outside of our ghetto within the city and show that we are there!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Planning the events and general gang activities is not a problem for me. Because of my time with the gangs, I know the events inside and out.
3.2 My suggestion would be to provide a good and stable organization to duel with the other gangs and show who is the state power. I would like to go spraying and promote the IC gang events more, such as the sea combat, which is not done as often anymore.
3.3 . I also want to promote respect among gang members and other organizations. I also want to plan to ride the FZ together with other gangs, just like it was when I was with the FIB. I also want to be a little more beginner-friendly and offer new players the opportunity to learn something. In addition, several shop robberies/Ammonation robberies etc. are planned and carried out every day. I strive for friendship and respect among all gang members and try to show that even if you are in different gangs or organizations, you also have common sense and can show respect.
