Now please dont say GR 6.15 is not applicable to caravan hijacking, this was NOT a hijacking. It cannot be hijacking if they cannot hijack the truck. And they cannot hijack the truck without declaring war.
They tried to hijack the caravan without declaring caravan war.
You can see 148129 sitting in the truck at 2:00 and the caravan DID NOT get hijacked. Instead he got kicked out because it was not his caravan and it was not his enemy caravan. In addition to this, the enemy/war marker is not visible on top of their heads because they did not declare war.
They sat in the caravan and still the truck did not get hijacked which should be enough to conclude that they were not declared as enemies. The truck would have instantly disappeared if there was WAR.
Maybe you can check family log and see that GGPandas and Malayali Club were not having war at this time.
Since they were not decalred as enemies, this was not caravan hijacking and GR 6.15 should be valid here.
If anything, the entire family should be punished for trying to hijack a random caravan without war.
