2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


2.1 LSPD is the heart of the city without LSPD the city cannot function properly and I wont stop until i make that heart beat of the city the strongest its every been, I want to make LSPD the best. I have seen LSPD have a few less Busy/successful terms recently , LSPD's only work is not to just respond to store robberies, hacker attack etc. but they should help citizens too. If I take over as the Leader, I will ensure that LSPD is the voice for the people, we has an org need to protect and serve the citizens

2.2 I have experience being high command and leading many situations on my own, but now I think I have gained enough experience to lead an organization. it's always been an aspiration of mine to lead an organization and if I get a chance to fulfill that aspiration i will do everything i can to lead us to a successful term of productivity

2.3 What I have seen is that a lot is that newer citizens are not getting the fair chance they deserve because if they somehow pass the interview they do not get enough hands on training and actual interaction, because of that they often make simple/silly mistakes that lead them to directly getting suspended or even getting fired. In my term, I will personally ensure that the new to org citizens are getting the training they deserve so they have a a long and fruitful LSPD Career

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 I will personally take a look at every department's activity to ensure the smooth flow of the organization.

3.2 Oppressing lower ranks by higher rank will not be tolerated (will result in either getting strike or getting fired)

3.3 favoritism Will NOT be tolerated everyone will have a fair shot/chance

3.4 Promotion ceremony will be done once every week and I will personally check everyone's logs to check who is eligible.

3.5 Duty time will be assigned to High commands so that we always have someone experienced to lead a situation.
