Subject: Request for Consideration Regarding Fam War POV Crash
Dear Admin,
I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that during the recent Family War in Grand RP, my point of view (POV) was unfortunately disrupted due to a system error. As a result, I was unable to submit a proper recording of my POV at that moment.However, I have already uploaded the proof of my recorded session, which was stored on ScreenRec Cloud. You can clearly observe in the recording that the cursor is visible, and the session was still active at the time of the crash. I did not close the recording, and the timestamp on the footage clearly shows the exact point when the error occurred.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and would like to assure you that I am more than willing to undergo any system checks or provide additional details if required. I kindly ask for your understanding and consideration in this matter.
