Emperor Shanks, who was born in Bengaluru, completed his education in the city. He was known for being talented, skillful, courageous, and athletic. One day, while traveling on the highway, Shanks was attacked and robbed by a group of people, losing all the money he had worked hard to earn. Determined to turn his life around, Shanks resolved to become a police officer. He joined the San Andreas Highway Patrol during Rihan Pluxury’s second term and later served under Mickey Uchiha’s leadership as a trooper. Mickey consistently supported Shanks, and during Mickey’s second term, Shanks advanced to the rank of Lieutenant in the SAHP.
Later, Shanks befriended two individuals named Dictator Doctor and Berlin King. These new friends introduced him to alternative, and less honorable, ways of earning money. Under their influence, Shanks ultimately became corrupt.
Outcomes:
1- Shanks can easily drive cars (except super cars) on rough roads without breaking any RP.
2- Shanks can carry a hidden, waterproof ballistic camera in his belt 24/7 & doesn’t need to refresh it
3- Shanks can offer to become a citizen hostage for a maximum of $100k and a LEO hostage for a maximum of $100k.
