life story:
William was born in the rough town of Wales, when he was young his father was a drunken abuser, his mother didn't really care about him, William hated school and was often bullied when his short temper consumed him leading to him seeking revenge, William got expelled from school at the age of 14 and was left to look after himself, he had a hard time finding jobs that would employ him due to his representation, this lead William to start stealing from shops and selling drugs, William started to get into trouble with the police however he had saved enough money to Los Santos, he started a fresh life, he wanted to change and better himself, he also wanted to try new things so he enrolled for LSPD, after months he finished his training and became well resected.
Career story:
William loved patrolling as well as towing, he gathered a lot of knowledge and manoeuvred himself into human resources and training, William was also interested in SWAT and the Investigation Bureau, where he learnt how gangs and families worked and how they dealt with hostages, he also conducted drug busts frequently and knew how to sell and find drugs, William then let go of the Investigation Bureau as each bust brough back bad memories from his past life in Wales and made him miss his old criminal activities, so instead he focused on Human resources and training where he grew great connections from all around the city.
Outcomes:
1 - Can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping
2 - Will be able to use illegal weapons and items on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons/items that he picked up off gang/family members.
3 - Can take bribes (upto 100k).
4 - Can break any bodycam. (using /try to search and /do to destroy commands) Note: Can only be used 2 times per situation!
5 - Can lie/refuse the request of a lawyer and can refuse to show his ID
6 - Can arrest anyone who makes trouble with him and give the person in question fake charges (with sufficient rp)
7 - Has the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do
8 - Can off-road in any SUV or 4 Door vehicle. (RP driving, no rule breaks)
9 - Can rob/shoot/do illegal things in the ghetto.
