How is my action provoking!? It is an Ingame emote that all players have access to use and it makes it completely an IC issue. He shot me dead for a harmless action of an Emote?! If that is considered provoking then what can we do. Can I get a definition of provoking as an OOC rule? As a matter of fact there is an IC law that could have been used in this situation instead of an OOC punishment. The guy just left me for dead and did not proceed to arrest me instead he is making a complaint on the forums.
