1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an admin because I’ve always been passionate about improving the overall experience for everyone in the community. I’ve been an active player for a while, and I feel like I’ve gained a good understanding of the rules, dynamics, and challenges in the game. Becoming an admin would allow me to contribute in a more meaningful way, help maintain fairness, resolve conflicts, and ensure that the RP experience is enjoyable for everyone. I’m ready to step away from my RP life in order to support the server's growth and maintain a high standard of gameplay.
2. What are your strengths?
My strengths include being a strong communicator, having good problem-solving skills, and being fair-minded. I’m patient, approachable, and I’m able to listen to both sides of any issue without letting personal bias influence my decisions. I’m also very organized and detail-oriented, which I believe will help me in managing server tasks, enforcing rules consistently, and making sure that everything runs smoothly. Additionally, I’m familiar with the server’s rules and have a good grasp of the RP environment, which I believe will be valuable in an administrative role.
3. What are your weaknesses?
One area I’m working on improving is my ability to manage stress in high-pressure situations. While I can stay calm and make decisions quickly when needed, I sometimes overthink or second-guess myself when there’s a lot going on. However, I’ve been actively working on this by practicing more effective time management and keeping a clear head when dealing with multiple issues at once. I believe this is something I’ll continue to improve upon as I gain more experience in an administrative role.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can bring strong communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a deep understanding of the server’s rules and culture. I’m also tech-savvy, which could be helpful in managing server tools, handling reports, and troubleshooting in-game issues. Furthermore, my dedication and professionalism will ensure that I can manage situations fairly and respectfully, maintaining a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for all players. I’m also good at multitasking, which will allow me to manage both in-game events and admin responsibilities simultaneously.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
Yes, I am prepared to sell my business if needed. I understand that being an admin requires a level of impartiality, and I’m fully committed to prioritizing my role in the admin team over any personal in-game ventures. If being an admin means selling my business, I will do so without hesitation in order to maintain the integrity of the role and serve the community effectively.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
Currently, there are no real-life issues preventing me from being active on the server. I have a flexible schedule and can dedicate enough time to fulfill the duties of an admin. If anything were to come up in the future, I’d be sure to notify the team and make arrangements so my responsibilities are covered.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to contribute to the server in a more significant way. I have a lot of respect for the admins who’ve worked hard to maintain the community and the server’s integrity, and I hope to be a valuable addition to that team. I’m always looking for ways to improve and would welcome any feedback or guidance from the current admin team to ensure I can be as effective as possible.
