Hello,

Dear Admins,

My name is Lionel Cullen | 10580. I was banned on 16.10.2024, as shown in the attached image. However, Sir, I was consistently online last month until November 13th, and I did not receive any ban notification. I was only offline for two days due to some out-of-character (OOC) work commitments. Today, upon logging in, I saw that I have been banned, but since I was last online on November 13th, I do not understand how I could have received a ban dated October 16th.

I am attaching proof that I was online on November 13th. I kindly request you to review this matter in case there has been an error on your end. If needed, you are welcome to check my PC as I have no objections. However, I have not received any messages from any Admins in my DMs where I could have expressed my disagreement regarding a PC check. Therefore, I sincerely request you to look into this issue and find a solution.
