Rihan was born and raised in the small town of Assam, Rihan lived from an early age in a difficult environment where challenges and dangers were everyday. Exposed to criminal circles and often in situations where drugs were present, he never gave in or decided on that path. For him, maintaining a clean conscience and character became a matter of pride and inner strength. At just 16 years old, after losing his parents, he took care of his younger sister, leaving school to do hard manual work. That period of life left a deep mark, building in him a sense of guilt and responsibility. After joining the army and joining the elite 63rd Parachute Brigade, the worst tragedy befell him – his sister became a victim of violence and died while he was away. That news filled him with immense pain and anger, fundamentally changing his outlook on life. After returning from the Lethal Enforced Organizations, Rihan was a person who felt that he had nothing left to lose. During his service in the brigade, he acquired survival skills in extreme conditions and developed a knowledge of chemistry, which later allowed him to create specific substances. After moving to Los Santos, Rihan found his way in the security services of the city, where he passed through all levels over the years, from beginner to the most elite agent. Although he lived in a city full of temptations and crime, Rihan remained consistent with his values, firmly believing in justice and the law. He has never engaged in criminal activities, working dedicatedly to preserve security and justice in Los Santos. His passion for justice and dedication to the security services became the core of his personality. His experience in the security services shaped him into a tough and insightful personality, always one step ahead of others and aware that only the most determined can survive in a world where danger lurks around every corner.
