I don't like forum wars but i cba having leos breaking a million rules and just getting away with it

At the end of the day we are here for rp and we getting almost zero from this bs

1.18 It is forbidden to use places that cannot be accessed by foot or ladder when event already started and it is not allowed to use highroad such as highways which are not accessible from inside the event once it has started. There's nothing here about it being a red circle event rule so it still applies in this case

Firstly and I think most importantly let's not be confused on what we are reporting about. You are not upset with the quality of the RP, or you would have reported the negotiations. You are upset about the outcome of the gunfight and are trying to change it based on technicality.

I must Firstly admit that whoever was on the roof shooting at you was in the wrong and if you had an ID to provide me, I would punish them for doing this. However you have addressed your complaint to the entirety of State Organizations, when you are reporting the actions of one person.

Secondly, I think it is important to realize the overexaggeration of your report. The videos you have provided do not show any failures of knowledge of roleplay on behalf of any state organization, but rather a failure to educate our personnel on the rules of a gunfight. Also I see one gunfight rule broken in your POV, not the "millions of rules" you claim we have broken and since got away with. I will take responsibility for making sure all members of my organization understand these rules in the future so players such as yourself can have a better "roleplay" experience, however I also think it is important for us to work together as org leaders (or deputies) to improve the quality of the roleplay and gunfights

In conclusion, I think that while I see this report as valid in that a rule was breached. I do not think that this is the liability of any organization as a whole, but of the individual player committing these offenses. I hope in the future you will be able to bring these issues to myself and we can resolve them without the need for forum reports and admin intervention.

As HR Head I strongly agree that its a issue of one's Individual and the org shouldn't Be in questions, Pls message me personally or file a IA complain in FIB Emails. It will be reviewed directly by the director and me. Rest assure the quality of RP will always be good .

Also I rarely report on forums but the past 2 days we have yet to have a store robbery plagued by either the leos or other non org members interrupting how the store went by breaking the rules I admit some of them are no one's fault but I am just frustrated and at the end of the day I'm just tired of this bs from are side and the Leo side. I have had little to no rp the past days because of screw ups from are side and the other side.
