I was banned today for buying a Casino apartment for below Market Value and then bought cheap items for $3M .I was unaware about rule Gen1.7 and Gen1.9 , I thought that i can buy apartment for state value . I broke this rule by mistake, I sincerely apologize and hope for another chance. I will be more careful in the future. I asked administator Sylivia Som about this matter.
